Controleer of de baudrate op zowel de ONOKOM gateway als de ModbusCloud gateway is ingesteld op 9600. Verifieer ook of de A- en B-lijnen niet verwisseld zijn en of er een GND-verbinding aanwezig is.

Hoe adresseer ik een specifieke binnenunit in de registerkaart?

Registers zijn ingedeeld in blokken van 100 per unit. Unit 0 begint bij register 10001, unit 1 bij 10101, unit 2 bij 10201, enzovoort. Pas de offset in het sjabloon aan om de juiste unit te selecteren.

Kan ik meer dan 64 binnenunits aansturen met één ONOKOM gateway?

Nee. De ONOKOM HS-VRF-MB-B ondersteunt maximaal 64 binnenunits. Voor grotere installaties zijn een tweede gateway en een apart Modbus-adres vereist.

De onlinestatus van de binnenunit toont offline, maar de unit draait gewoon. Wat moet ik controleren?

Controleer of de Hisense VRF-buskabel tussen de binnenunit en de ONOKOM gateway correct is aangesloten. Verifieer ook of de unit correct geregistreerd is op het Hisense VRF-netwerk.
