Anwendungsfälle

  • Zeigen Sie Energieverbrauch und Leistung je Phase jedes gemessenen Abgangs auf einem Dashboard.
  • Teilen Sie den Verbrauch nach Tarif 1 und Tarif 2 für Hoch- und Niedertarif auf.
  • Erhalten Sie eine E-Mail, wenn ein Alarmbit für Überspannung, Unterspannung oder Überstrom gesetzt wird.
  • Messen Sie mit einem Teilzähler die Energie eines Auftrags oder Zeitraums und setzen Sie ihn danach zurück.
  • Verfolgen Sie den maximalen Mittelwert, um die vertraglich vereinbarte Anschlussleistung zu prüfen.

Installation

  1. Verbinden Sie die RS-485-Klemmen des Zählers mit dem RS-485-Anschluss des ModbusCloud Gateway und schließen Sie beide Busenden mit 120 bis 150 Ohm ab.

  2. Prüfen Sie im Programmiermodus 1 am Zähler die Modbus-Adresse (ab Werk 5) und die Baudrate (ab Werk 9600, keine Parität).

  3. Legen Sie in ModbusCloud ein Modbus-Gerät mit derselben Adresse und denselben seriellen Einstellungen an und importieren Sie diese Vorlage.

  4. Prüfen Sie, ob die Phasenspannungen und die gesamte Wirkenergie mit der Anzeige des Zählers übereinstimmen.

Zu beachten

Der Zähler antwortet nicht. Was prüfe ich?

Prüfen Sie Adresse und Baudrate im Programmiermodus 1; ab Werk sind es Adresse 5 bei 9600 Baud ohne Parität mit 1 Stoppbit. Tauschen Sie bei Bedarf A und B und achten Sie auf den Abschluss an beiden Busenden.

Warum gibt es denselben Wert als Ganzzahl und als Float?

Der Zähler liefert jeden Wert doppelt: als skalierte Ganzzahl und als 32-Bit-Float. Beide ergeben dasselbe Ergebnis. Nutzen Sie die Floats für einfache Dashboards und die Ganzzahlen, wenn Sie die volle Auflösung der Energiezähler brauchen.

Kann ich die Energiezähler zurücksetzen?

Die Gesamt- und Tarifzähler sind MID-Abrechnungswerte und lassen sich nicht zurücksetzen. Nur die Teilenergiezähler können Sie über Modbus starten, stoppen und zurücksetzen, die Abrechnungswerte bleiben unberührt.

Was beachte ich, bevor ich Einstellungen über Modbus schreibe?

Eine neue Adresse, Baudrate, Parität oder Stoppbit-Einstellung trennt die Verbindung, bis das Gerät in ModbusCloud dieselben Werte nutzt, ändern Sie also eine Einstellung nach der anderen. Teilzähler steuern Sie mit einem Befehlswort, zum Beispiel startet 0x0D01 alle. Die Abrechnungszähler bleiben unberührt.
