Frequently asked questions

What is the total price for one installation?

A gateway (EUR 295) plus a portal license (EUR 149/year or EUR 495 lifetime). That is all.

What's included in the gateway kit?

A pre-configured gateway with activated 4G IoT SIM card, two antennas, and a quick start guide. Connect and go.

How does the SIM card work?

A 4G IoT SIM is pre-activated and installed in the gateway, with unlimited data and 10-year validity. Typical usage is around 1 to 5 MB per month. You can also use your own SIM in the second slot for failover.

Are prices exclusive of VAT?

Yes, all prices are exclusive of VAT. For business customers within the EU with a valid VAT number, intra-community supply applies (0% VAT).

What payment methods are accepted?

iDEAL, SEPA bank transfer, Bancontact, and credit card. Invoice payment is only possible upfront, before shipping.
