Monitor fridges and freezers in all your branches remotely
See the temperature of every fridge and freezer, per branch, and use the history for your HACCP records.

Temperature history from every branch for your HACCP records
In each branch a gateway reads the refrigeration controllers over Modbus RTU (RS485).
All temperatures are recorded and stay available for 365 days. Export them as CSV or as a PDF report for the inspector.

What retail chains use it for
Temperature history for HACCP
The temperature of every fridge is in the portal, including nights and weekends. A PDF report per branch serves as evidence at an inspection.
Prevent stock loss
You get an email when a temperature crosses a threshold or the controller reports a fault code. The service team can step in before the stock has to be thrown away.
All branches in one overview
Head office sees the status of every branch on the map. A regional manager gets the alerts for their own branches.
Alerts to your refrigeration engineer
Add your refrigeration engineer as an extra recipient on the alert rules. The email shows the alert and the measured value before they set off.
If a freezer fails at night, you find out in the morning
Freezer in fault
The morning opening
The branch manager opens at seven and finds water under a chest freezer. The freezer has been off since midnight, and the stock has to be thrown away.
Afternoon roundRound skipped
The clipboard
Twice a day a member of staff walks past every fridge and writes down the temperature. On a busy Saturday the afternoon round gets skipped.
12 branchesStatus unknown
The regional manager
A regional manager has twelve branches. They hear how the refrigeration is doing from the branch managers, if they remember to call.
Refrigeration controllers and meters in the store
Where the table says ‘Template ready’, the scan recognises the controller. For the other controllers we build the template for free as soon as we have the register data. You can also set up the registers yourself.
One RS485 line per branch takes up to 32 controllers.
