How often the gateway reads
You set how often the gateway reads each Modbus device.
- Default
- Every 5 minutes
- Over the network
- From 1 second. Live values, alerts and automations get every reading.
- Over 4G
- Every 5 minutes by default, at most once a minute
- History
- At most one value per minute per register, kept for 365 days
- Without a connection
- The gateway buffers readings and sends them once it is back online, up to 7 days back
All your sites on a map
For each gateway, see the customer, the site and whether it is online.
Filter by status and customer. If a gateway goes offline, you get an alert. When it comes back, the alert closes automatically.
