Keba builds heat distribution controllers and Modbus-enabled HVAC hardware used in heating installations across residential and light commercial buildings. The Keba Heat Distribution controller handles up to three heating circuits with pumps and mixing valves, the Keba P40 line addresses related building-automation tasks, and all of them speak Modbus RTU so they can be read and controlled from a supervisory system over RS485.
ModbusCloud templates give you each Keba device preconfigured for Modbus RTU. You read heating-circuit setpoints and actual temperatures, pump status, and mixer positions, and you write new setpoints from your portal when you need to retune a system remotely. Historical data supports seasonal tuning and complaint handling, alerts fire on sensor faults or stuck pumps, and a service engineer sees the state of all Keba controllers across sites from one screen.
