The ModbusCloud Gateway with the RS485 terminal and the antenna connectors

Wolf is a German manufacturer of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning equipment, with the CWL ventilation series delivering heat-recovery ventilation for residential and small-commercial buildings. The 3 Wolf Modbus RTU templates in our library cover the CWL-2-325 (Airflow variant), the CWL Excellent with preheater and geo-heat-exchanger parameters, and the WRS-K ventilation unit with fan-speed and heat-recovery control.

With ModbusCloud and these Wolf Modbus RTU templates you read supply and exhaust air temperatures, pressures, flow rates, humidity (WRS-K), fan speeds, airflow volumes, bypass status, preheater state, filter status, CO2 sensors (CWL Excellent), heat-recovery status and fault indicators. Writable registers control operating mode, throughput and flow-rate setpoints, imbalance offsets, bypass mode, geo-heat-exchanger parameters, and filter reset after maintenance.

All 3 Wolf templates are free to browse. Import one into your ModbusCloud portal to supervise Wolf CWL ventilation for single-family homes and low-energy new-builds across installer service fleets.
