Why does the battery power register return zero or nonsense values?

The power register at address 39237 is typed as int32 (two consecutive 16-bit words). Some H3-Pro firmware versions return the high word as zero, making a full 32-bit read produce incorrect values. If you see zero or implausibly large numbers, check that your gateway is reading both words with the correct byte and word order. Cross-check against the inverter display to confirm the actual power value.

The gateway connects but no live values appear in the portal. What now?

Confirm the inverter IP address is reachable on port 502 from the gateway subnet. For H3-Pro with an RS485-to-LAN adapter, verify the adapter is configured in transparent or RTU-to-TCP bridge mode.
