Why are the voltage and energy meter registers returning zero or invalid values?

These registers (IDs 13 to 16) require Compleo eBOX firmware version 2.1.0 or later. Update the charger firmware through the Compleo service portal if you are running an older version.

What data format do the registers use?

The template uses float32 values that span two consecutive Modbus addresses. The byte order and register pairing are preconfigured in the template, so no manual adjustment is needed.

Do I need RS-485 wiring for this template?

No. The Compleo eBOX communicates over Modbus TCP, so only an Ethernet or Wi-Fi network connection between the gateway and the charger is required.

Can I control multiple eBOX chargers with one gateway?

Yes. Add a separate device instance for each charger in the ModbusCloud project, each with its own IP address. The gateway communicates with all of them over the local network.
