Installation

1. 1Supply the sensortec EL-THCV-D-MB with 24 VDC/AC and mount it in a Feller EDIZIO.liv flush-mount box using the SNAPFIX mechanism.
2. 2Connect the RS-485 A and B wires from the sensor to the Modbus RTU port on your ModbusCloud gateway (MCG or MLP series), ensuring correct polarity and termination.
3. 3Set the Modbus slave address on the sensor according to the device manual, and confirm the baud rate is 19200 with odd parity (8E1).
4. 4In the ModbusCloud portal, add a new device and import the sensortec EL-THCV-D-MB template from the template library.
5. 5Assign the correct Modbus slave address in the portal to match the physical device setting, then verify that live readings appear on the dashboard.
6. 6If using a TH, THC, or THV variant, disable or ignore the registers for sensors not present on that model.
