Hager is a French-German manufacturer of electrical distribution components used widely in residential and commercial installations. The 3 Hager Modbus RTU templates in our library cover the ECA180D single-phase energy meter, the ECA380D three-phase energy meter with import/export counters, and the ECR310D three-phase energy meter with 11 read-only registers covering active and reactive energy (consumed and produced).

With ModbusCloud and these Hager Modbus RTU templates you read voltage, current, active and reactive power, energy (import and export where supported), frequency, and power factor. The ECR310D adds per-phase active power and apparent power readings, useful for unbalanced-load diagnosis in commercial distribution. Both three-phase meters support PV self-consumption reporting through their import/export split.

All 3 Hager templates are free to browse. Import one into your ModbusCloud portal to meter a residential main distribution, a commercial tenant circuit, or a PV self-consumption installation.

What you can read out

  • Per-phase voltage, current and power
  • Imported and exported active energy
  • Reactive energy (consumed and produced)
  • Apparent power per phase (ECR310D)
  • Power factor and frequency

Typical installations

  • Residential main distribution metering
  • Commercial tenant-circuit sub-metering
  • PV self-consumption energy reporting
