The ModbusCloud Gateway with the RS485 terminal and the antenna connectors

Orno is a Polish manufacturer of electrical installation components, with the OR-WE series of DIN-rail energy meters covering both single-phase and three-phase installations for sub-metering and billing. The 5 Orno Modbus RTU templates in our library cover the OR-WE-504 single-phase meter, the OR-WE-514 single-phase 100 A meter, the OR-WE-417 three-phase power meter with bi-directional metering, and the OR-WE-516 three-phase MID-certified bi-directional meter (max 80 A).

With ModbusCloud and these Orno Modbus RTU templates you read per-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, frequency, and imported/exported active energy totals. The OR-WE-516 and OR-WE-417 expose separate import and export energy counters for PV self-consumption billing; MID certification on the 516 makes it suitable for official kWh invoicing. S0 output rate and device-configuration registers round out the template for commissioning use.

All 5 Orno templates are free to browse. Import one into your ModbusCloud portal to sub-meter a tenant, track EV charging energy, or log PV export energy alongside other Modbus assets.
