Overview
The Sermatec SMT-10K-TL-LV is a low-voltage hybrid inverter combining PV generation, battery storage, grid connection, and local load management in a single unit. The SMT-5K-TL-LV and SMT-10K-TL-LV support on-grid and off-grid switching. This Modbus TCP template reads the grid power register, giving your ModbusCloud portal a live signed-watt reading of power flowing between the inverter and the utility grid. That single value drives grid-flow dashboards, billing verification, and export-limit alerts without any additional hardware.
