Growatt is a Chinese manufacturer of solar inverters and hybrid battery systems, with installations in residential and commercial PV across Europe. The 3 Growatt Modbus RTU templates in our library cover the general Growatt Inverter, an updated v2 template with 29 monitoring registers, and the Growatt SPH TL3 BH UP hybrid inverter paired with the ARK battery system.
With ModbusCloud and these Growatt Modbus RTU templates you read per-phase grid output power, daily and total generated energy, PV production, battery status, grid exchange, and local load energy. Writable registers on the SPH template let you control battery charging and discharging, set export limits, and apply SOC-based management, useful for spot-price optimisation where grid export is dynamically priced or capped. Inverter status is read-only for alerting.
