A customer portal gives one customer their own address on a neutral web address, such as parkview.domain.cloud. That is where they sign in and see only their own gateways, with your logo, brand colour and name. Access is by invitation only.
Logo, colour and name come from Settings > Branding. Set them up first as described in Set up branding. The first invitation then already goes out in your branding.
What you need
- The role Owner or Admin. Other team members see the block Customer portal, but cannot turn anything on or off.
- A customer with their gateways, as described in Manage customers.
- An account of your own. You cannot turn on a customer portal in the demo account.
